On the retainer, our team keeps working on the system after launch. Once a month we go through what happened with you and agree on what to change next.
We build those changes and test them the same way as the first project. Between reviews we monitor the system, so errors are caught and repaired.

The retainer starts once a system we built for you is live. We carry on with the test cases and the notes from the first project.
Review the month with you
Once a month we go through the month with you: what the system handled, what it got wrong, and what your team asked for. We agree with you on what to change next.
Build and test the changes
We make the agreed improvements and test each one the same way as the first project before it goes live.
Monitor and repair
Between reviews we monitor the system. When something fails, we find the cause and repair it, and we bring it to the next review.

Your data and what you own
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.
- Where is our data stored?
- In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.
- What happens to our data when the work ends?
- We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
- Who owns the code you write for us?
- You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre‑existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.

In the monthly priorities review, Stratyx Ventures goes through the month with you and agrees on what to change next. We bring what monitoring caught and what your team asked for, and the list for the next month comes out of that conversation.
Do we have to take the retainer after a project?
The Monthly AI retainer is optional: after launch, you choose between it and a clean handover to your team. A handover comes with written notes on how the system runs and training for the people who will look after it.
