AI agents, websites, and apps from a firm that ships its own products.
We build for startups putting a first version in front of users, businesses taking repeated work off their teams, larger teams connecting AI to the systems they already run, and agencies that need a build partner for client work. Every project starts with a free call.
After the call, AI work starts with a Workflow Review for $2,500, and a site or an app with a written scope you approve.

We keep improving what we built, month by month, from a list of priorities you agree on with us.
From $3,000 a month
How to start
It begins with a conversation, and nothing gets built until you approve a written scope.
Step 1: A free call
Tell us what you want to build or fix. We ask how things run today, who it is for, and what it needs to connect to.
You get a straight answer on what it would take.
30 minutes, booked online.
Step 2: A Workflow Review or a written scope
For AI work, the Workflow Review maps how the job runs today, where AI fits, and what a person still checks.
For a site or an app, we write down what the first version does, and you approve that scope before any build work starts.
You get a written scope and a price for the first project.
Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days.
Step 3: The first project
We build in short rounds, so you can try working pieces early. Your people test it on real cases before launch, and we hand it over documented.
You get a working system, site, or app, tested by the people who will use it.
After launch, you choose: a monthly retainer to keep improving what we built, or a clean handover to your team.
How we check the work and handle your data
What we do before a system goes live, and what happens to your information along the way.
How we check the work
A person stays in the loop where mistakes cost most
Where a mistake would be costly, such as a post going live or a reply going out, the system waits for a person’s approval.
Tested on real and tricky cases before launch
We run it on real examples and on cases built to trip it up, like a customer pushing for a price or a message that tries to change its instructions. We read the results ourselves.
Built to say when it doesn’t know
Facts about your business are drawn only from content you approve, and we test the system on questions it should not answer. When the answer isn’t there, it is instructed to say so and point the visitor to a person, for example by offering to book a call.
AI drafts are checked against the facts
A second check compares AI-written drafts with the facts they came from and flags claims those facts don’t support.
Limits on sending
Outreach runs under daily caps. One system we built has a stop switch that halts sending until a person checks what went wrong. Another puts anyone who unsubscribes on a permanent do-not-contact list.

- Who can see itOnly the people working on your project, and only for as long as the work needs it.

Questions about working with us
What does Stratyx Ventures do?
Stratyx Ventures designs, builds, and runs AI agents, websites, and mobile apps for startups, growing businesses, larger teams, and agencies. We also ship products of our own, and our services cover AI Solutions, Development, and Growth. Pete McGraw, our Founder and AI Architect, leads every engagement, backed by a team of engineers, architects, and industry leaders.
Who do you work with?
Stratyx Ventures works with four kinds of clients: startups and founders; small and mid-size businesses; mid-market and enterprise teams; and agencies and partners. Our services page shows the services that fit each one.
Where do we start?
Every project starts with a free call, booked online. For AI work, the next step is a Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days. For a site or an app, it is a written scope that you approve before any build work starts.
What does it cost?
At Stratyx Ventures, a website runs from $6,000, an AI automation or agent project from $7,500, and a web or mobile app from $25,000. The first call is free, and for AI work the Workflow Review costs $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days. A monthly AI retainer runs from $3,000 a month. You see the price for your project in writing before you agree to it.
How do you keep AI accurate?
Stratyx Ventures tests each AI system before it goes live, including on cases built to trip it up. Each one takes facts about your company only from content you approve and is built to say when it doesn’t know. A person checks the steps where a mistake would be costly.
What happens to our data?
We don’t use your data to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it. It is kept in your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts. When the work ends, we hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
Who owns what you build?
You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre-existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.
Where are you based, and how do we reach you?
Stratyx Ventures is headquartered in Boston, with offices in Tampa, Charleston, and Newport Beach. Call us at (617) 468-6433, email info@stratyxventures.com, or book a free call online.
