Terms of use
These are the rules for using this website, and the terms of the Workflow Review. If you hire us for a project, a separate written agreement covers the work.
Effective date: September 30, 2026
Who we are
Stratyx Ventures runs stratyxventures.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Stratyx Ventures, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.
The company behind this site is Stratyx Ventures LLC, registered in Florida.
These terms cover your use of the website and, in their own section, the Workflow Review. Any other work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign.
Using the site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Please do not:
- try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site
- copy large parts of the site with automated tools, apart from search engines and other crawlers that follow our robots.txt file
- send spam, harmful code, or misleading information through the contact form
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us
Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send us.
Our accessibility statement explains how to tell us if something on the site is hard to use.
General information only
The content on this site is general information about our services and about how businesses use AI and software. It is no substitute for professional advice about your own situation.
Contacting us or booking a call does not make you our client. Until we agree in writing to work together, what we tell you by email or on a call is our first view, based on what you have told us. Please do not rely on it as professional advice about your business.
Case studies and examples show work we have done or the kinds of work we do. What we build for you, and how well it works, depends on your business, your data, and how your team uses it.
Please keep confidential information out of the contact form and your first emails. If the work needs it, we can agree how to handle it first.
Our content and brand
Unless we say otherwise, we own the text, graphics, logos, and code on this site, or use them with permission. You may view and print pages and share links to them. Please ask us before copying or republishing our content.
The Stratyx Ventures name and logo identify our business. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we are connected with you or endorse you, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
Other product and company names on the site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
When we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content, whether it is available, or how it handles your information. Its own terms and privacy policy apply. This does not cover the companies that handle your information for us, which our privacy policy lists.
No warranties
We provide this site as it is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, or free of errors, or that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, express or implied.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. That includes indirect and consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
The Workflow Review
The Workflow Review is our fixed-scope first step for AI work. It gives you a map of one job your team repeats and a written scope, with a fixed price, for your first AI project. It ends with four written pieces, yours whether or not you build with us:
- A map of how the job runs today
- An inventory of your tools and data
- A ranked list of what to automate
- A recommended first project with a fixed quote
It takes about two weeks and costs $2,500.
The $2,500 is credited in full toward the first project if it is signed within 60 days of the review. It is refunded in full if you cancel before the kickoff call, and not after.
You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre-existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.
The laws of the State of New York govern these Workflow Review terms, as the governing-law section below sets out.
Governing law
The laws of the State of New York govern these terms, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you use the site after that, the new version applies to you.
