The repeated work it takes off your team

We take on the steps your team repeats every week: reading orders and documents into your systems, gathering the information a task needs, writing first drafts, and following up on quotes that go quiet.

Each item is checked against rules you set. Anything the system cannot settle on its own waits for someone on your team, who clears it from a review list.

Who it’s for
  • Someone on your team retypes orders or documents into your systems every day.
  • Your people gather the same information and write the same kinds of drafts week after week.
  • Quotes and open questions go quiet because nobody has time to follow up.
  • The volume of orders, forms, or requests keeps growing, and the repeated work grows with it.

What your team has when it goes live

  • A map of the job as it runs today, marking the steps the system takes over
  • A working automation that runs across your email, CRM, and spreadsheets
  • A review list where a person clears anything that fails a rule or looks unusual
  • Tests on real cases from your business before it goes live
  • A written guide and training for the people who use it

From mapping the job to going live

  1. Map the job

We walk through the job with the people who do it and map it as it runs today, then mark which steps the system will take over. The written scope and its fixed price come before the build.

  2. Set the rules

We write down the rules each item must pass, such as a known customer or totals that add up, and what counts as unusual.

  3. Build across your tools

We build the automation into your email, CRM, and spreadsheets, so its work lands where your team already looks.

  4. Set up the review list

Items that need a person wait on a list your team works through, and nothing on it moves on until someone clears it.

  5. Test on real cases

Before launch, we run it on real cases from your business, including ones that should land on the review list, and go through the results with you.

  6. Go live and train

The automation goes live, and the people who use it get a written guide and training.

How to start and what it costs

After a free call, AI work starts with a Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days. It ends with a map of how the job runs today and a fixed‑price scope for your first project.

See how the Workflow Review runs

AI automation or agent project: From $7,500. Typically 3 to 6 weeks.

  • Example: a 60‑person accounting firm

Document intake that reads client paperwork into the practice system, with a person checking anything unusual.

    Typically $15,000 to $25,000, 6 to 8 weeks.

Your data and what you own

Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.
Where is our data stored?
In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.
What happens to our data when the work ends?
We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
Who owns the code you write for us?
You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre‑existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.

Questions about AI Automation

Which jobs can you automate?

Stratyx Ventures automates work that repeats every week and follows much the same steps each time, such as order and document intake, research, first drafts, and follow-ups on quotes. Your version of each job looks a little different, so every build starts from how yours runs today.

How do you keep the automation from making costly mistakes?

Stratyx Ventures builds each automation so that anything it cannot settle goes to a person on your team before it moves on. Where a mistake would be costly, such as a reply going out, the system waits for a person’s approval. The AI outbound engine on this page also works within sending limits that Maple DX sets, and a stop switch halts all sending until a person turns it back on.

Will it work with our email, CRM, and spreadsheets?

Stratyx Ventures builds automations to run inside the email, CRM, and spreadsheets you use today. Before we scope the work, we check how each of your tools connects, so you know before you commit to a price.

What happens after the automation goes live?

After launch, Stratyx Ventures can keep improving the automation on the Monthly AI retainer, or hand it over to your team with its written guide and training, as you choose.
