AI connected to the systems your team already runs
We connect AI to your CRM, inbox, website, and documents, so its results show up in the tools your team already opens. Each connection is checked before we price the work and tested on real cases before your team relies on it.
Where the results land, and how you keep an eye on them
Your team keeps working where it works today, and the AI’s results arrive there: a task on the right customer record, a draft in the inbox, or an inquiry passed to the right person.
Once it is running, a record of what the AI did and what it cost lets you spot a drop in quality or a rise in spend.
- Who it’s for
- Your CRM, help desk, or shared drives hold the information AI needs, and your team works in them all day.
- Your team copies information from one tool into another because the two have no connection.
- Inquiries from your website have to reach your CRM as leads your team can follow up.
- You want AI working on customer data, and you need to know how that data is handled.
What each connection comes with
- A check of how each of your tools connects, done before we scope the work
- AI connected to your CRM, inbox, website, or documents, with results in the tools your team already opens
- AI provider accounts set up under business terms that exclude training on your data
- A record of what the AI did and what it cost, so quality and spend can be checked
- A written guide to each connection and the accounts behind it
How a connection goes from a check to daily use
Check each connection
We check how each of your tools connects, and what the work needs from each one, before we write the scope and its fixed price.
Set up the accounts
We set up the AI provider accounts your connections run on. Which accounts are yours is agreed in writing before work starts.
Build and test
We build each connection and try it on real cases, checking that each result lands in the right place.
Go live and hand over
The connections go live, and you get a written guide to each connection and the accounts behind it, for whoever looks after them next.
How to start and what it costs
After a free call, AI work starts with a Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days. It ends with a map of how the job runs today and a fixed‑price scope for your first project.
AI automation or agent project: From $7,500. Typically 3 to 6 weeks.
Example: a 400‑person logistics company
An agent that reads carrier emails and updates shipment records in the company’s own system, with a person approving anything unusual.
Typically $20,000 to $35,000, 6 to 10 weeks.
Your data and what you own
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.
- Where is our data stored?
- In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.
- What happens to our data when the work ends?
- We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
- Who owns the code you write for us?
- You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre‑existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.
See it in practice
In the first build, AI drafts posts for a company website, and the site’s forms send each inquiry to the company’s CRM. The second connects a lead-enrichment tool to a CRM.
AI content engine and lead‑capture website
Read the case study on AI content engine and lead-capture websiteA company website with a content engine built in: it gathers industry news, scores each story, and drafts posts in the firm’s voice for a person to approve. Its forms turn each inquiry into a CRM lead, with spam screened out first.
- Includes
- News gathering and scoring; Drafts in the firm’s voice; Approval before publishing; Spam‑screened CRM leads
CRM and lead‑enrichment integration
Read the case study on CRM and lead-enrichment integrationA service that connects a lead‑enrichment tool to a CRM. New prospects, replies to outreach, and requests from the website arrive in the CRM as linked records, and each reply or request comes with a task and a due date.
- Includes
- Enrichment‑to‑CRM sync; Follow‑up tasks for replies; Website request intake; Dry runs and canary runs
- Tools on these builds
- Anthropic Claude, Salesforce, Twenty (CRM), Origami (lead enrichment), Exa, Resend, Supabase (Postgres), Node.js, TypeScript, GitHub Actions
Questions about AI Integration
Which systems can you connect AI to?
Stratyx Ventures connects AI to CRMs, email inboxes, spreadsheets, accounting tools, documents, shared drives, and your website and its forms.
Have you built CRM integrations before?
Stratyx Ventures has built CRM integrations for clients, including both shown on this page. One sends each inquiry from a company website into the firm’s CRM as a lead, with spam screened out first. The other brings a lead-enrichment tool’s records into a CRM, each linked to the person and company it belongs to.
Can you connect AI to a system you have not used before?
Stratyx Ventures can connect AI to a system new to us once we have checked how it connects, which we do before we scope the work. If a tool offers no way in, you know before you commit to a price.
What happens when one of our tools changes?
On the Monthly AI retainer, Stratyx Ventures monitors the connections and fixes them, so errors are caught and repaired. Without it, your team can work from the written guide we hand over with the project.
Name the tools your team works in all day
Each one gets checked for how it connects before we price anything, so you know early if a tool offers no way in.
