Who it is for

Any team starting AI work that wants a plan and a price before it commits to a build.

For example: after-hours questions and quote requests, intake and paperwork, a weekly report someone pulls together by hand, or updates copied from email into the system your team runs on.

  • A business, or a team inside a larger company

Someone who decides what gets built takes part, and you don’t need AI staff of your own.

  • One job your team repeats every week

The same steps each time, done by hand, and taking hours out of someone’s week.

  • Software you already run

Email, a CRM, spreadsheets, a help desk, or the systems your company runs on. We map the job where it happens today.

How the two weeks run

The Workflow Review starts with a kickoff call and ends with a readout call. In between, most of the work is ours.

  1. Week 1

We learn how the job runs, from the people who do it.

    • Kickoff call with you and whoever decides what gets built
    • Short interviews with the people who do the job
    • An inventory of the tools and data the job touches
  2. Week 2

We write it up and price the first project.

    • A map of how the job runs today
    • A ranked list of what to automate, with effort and cost ranges
    • A recommended first project with a fixed quote
    • A readout call to walk you and your team through it
  • Your team’s time: about two to four hours across the two weeks, for the kickoff, the interviews, and the readout call.
  • Our work, written up for you to keep.

What you keep

Four written pieces, yours whether or not you build with us.

  1. A map of how the job runs today

Every step, who does it, the tools it touches, and where the hours go.

  2. An inventory of your tools and data

What the job reads and writes, where it lives, and whether each tool can connect to what we would build.

  3. A ranked list of what to automate

The strongest candidates first, each with a range for the effort and the cost.

  4. A recommended first project with a fixed quote

What we would build first, what a person on your team still checks, how long it takes, and the price.

How the job runs today

After-hours questions and quote requests. It starts when a customer writes in through the website form or by email, often after the office has closed.

  1. Sort the overnight messages

AI can sort them as they arrive

  2. Answer the common questions about service area, hours, and how pricing works

AI can answer from pages you approve

  3. Type each quote request into the scheduling system

Office manager, about 3 hours a week

AI can fill it in for the office to check

  4. Call back to book a home visit and price the job

Estimator, about 3 hours a week

    Stays with a person

What it costs

The Workflow Review costs $2,500.

How the credit and refund work

If you go ahead with a first project
The $2,500 is credited in full toward the first project if it is signed within 60 days of the review.
If you cancel
It is refunded in full if you cancel before the kickoff call, and not after.

Whether or not you go ahead, you keep the map and the plan.

Your own arithmetic

10 hours a week at $35 an hour is about $18,200 a year.

That is what one repeated job can cost before anything is built. Put in your own hours and rates; in the Review, we work them out with the people who do the job.

Questions about the Workflow Review

What do you need from us?

A kickoff call with you, short interviews with the people who do the job, and a look at the tools and data it touches. A few real examples help most, such as recent quote requests, orders, or forms.

How much of my team’s time does it take?

About two to four hours across the two weeks, for the kickoff, the interviews, and the readout call. We do the rest of the work.

What if we don’t build with you?

You keep the map and the plan. Going ahead with a first project is your choice.

Where does our data go?

We handle it the way we handle client data on any project, and we publish how, from which AI providers we use to what happens to it when the work ends.
