What we do

We build for clients across three groups of services.

Who we work with

Startups, growing businesses, larger teams, and agencies each need something different from us.

Signs we’re a good fit

  • You have something specific to build or fix: a first version, a job your team repeats, AI inside a system you run, or a client’s project.
  • Someone who can make decisions takes part, and the people who will use what we build can spare time to try it.
  • You want it tested on real cases before anyone relies on it, and handed over with notes your team can follow.

How we work with clients

Every project starts with a free call, and the steps after it depend on what you’re building.

  1. A free call

30 minutes, booked online. We ask what you want to build or fix, and tell you what it would take.

  2. A Workflow Review, or a written scope

For AI work, the Workflow Review takes about two weeks and costs $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days.

It ends with a map of how the job runs today and a written scope, with a fixed price, for a first project.

For a site or an app, we write a scope that you approve before any build work starts.

  3. The project

We build it in short rounds, test it with your people on real cases, and hand it over documented.

  4. After launch, a retainer or a handover

A monthly AI retainer, from $3,000 a month, covers a monthly priorities review, improvements to what we built, and monitoring and fixes.

Or we hand everything over, documented, for your team to run.

Workshops for your team are part of AI Advisory.

What we ask of your team

Time with the people who do the work today, so they can show us how it runs and try what we build before it goes live. We agree on how much time before the project starts.

Principles you can check

You can see each of these for yourself while we work together.

  • You get a straight answer on scope and price

From the first call, we tell you plainly what a build would take and what it would cost, and the written scope holds us to it.

  • A person checks the work where mistakes are costly

Where a wrong answer could cost you money or a customer, the system passes its work to one of your people to approve before it goes out.

  • We test on your own cases

Before an AI system goes live, we run it on real cases from your own work and on cases built to trip it up, and show you where it got things wrong.

  • You know what you’ll own before we start

You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre-existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.

  • We document what we build

Each build comes with plain notes on what it does, what it connects to, and how to change it, written for the people who will run it.

  • We agree on the scope in writing first

Before work starts, you see what will be built and how we will judge whether it works.

How we handle your data

Five questions to ask anyone who builds AI for you, with our answers.

  • Which AI providers do you use?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and ElevenLabs, chosen for each project.

  • Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.

  • Where is our data stored?

In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.

  • Who can see our data?

Only the people working on your project, and only for as long as the work needs it.

  • What happens to our data when the work ends?

We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.

For how this website handles what you send us, read our privacy policy.

Talk to our team about your project

Whatever you’re building or fixing, you’ll leave the first call knowing what it would take.

After the call, AI work starts with a Workflow Review for $2,500, and a site or an app with a written scope you approve.
