Privacy policy
What we collect when you visit this site, write to us, or call us, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Effective date: September 30, 2026
Who we are
Stratyx Ventures runs stratyxventures.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Stratyx Ventures, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or writes to us.
The company behind this site is Stratyx Ventures LLC, registered in Florida.
This policy covers this website, its contact form, email you send to any stratyxventures.com address, and calls to our phone number. If you hire us, the agreement we sign together covers the information you share during the work.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and any of the optional details you give us (your company’s website, which describes you best, what you would like help with, and how you heard about us). Hidden fields in the form also send three details about how you found the site: the page where your visit started, or where a link with campaign tags last brought you; the website that sent you there (just its domain, such as www.google.com); and any campaign tags on that link (the utm_ labels some links carry to say which post or email they came from). Netlify, which runs the form, may also record your IP address, your browser, the address of the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it.
- While you browse our pages: to fill in those hidden fields, our site keeps those three details in your browser’s session storage. Session storage is not a cookie. Nothing in it reaches us unless you send the form, and your browser normally clears it when you close the tab. If your browser blocks session storage, the hidden fields describe the page the form is on instead.
- When you email us: everything in your email, including your address, the subject, the message, and any attachments.
- When you call us: your phone number, the time of the call, and what you tell us on the call.
- When you book a call through Calendly: the details its booking page asks for, such as your name, your email address, and the time you choose. Our links to the booking page also tell Calendly which of our pages and buttons you used, and it keeps that with your booking.
- When you visit any page: our host, Netlify, automatically records technical request data, such as your IP address, your browser, the page address, and the page that linked you here.
Please leave passwords, account numbers, health details, and confidential documents out of the form and your first emails.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this site.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site’s own code sets no cookies at all.
- We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Our pages load their fonts, images, and code from this site alone. Nothing loads from advertising or analytics companies.
How we use what you send
We use what you send us, and what you tell us on a call, to reply to you and to talk with you about the work you asked about.
Your company’s website, which describes you best, and what you would like help with let us prepare for that conversation. How you heard about us and the hidden fields show us which websites, posts, and pages lead people to write to us.
Netlify uses technical request data to deliver the site and keep it secure. We may see recent request data in Netlify’s dashboard for a short time, and we use it to fix problems and protect the site.
Who handles it for us
A few companies run parts of this site, our email and our list of inquiries for us. Each has its own privacy policy, linked below.
- Netlify hosts the site and stores contact form submissions. Its list of service providers places that storage in the United States. Netlify also checks each submission for spam, and its documentation says it uses Akismet, a spam-filtering service, for that check. Read Netlify’s privacy policy and Akismet’s privacy notice.
- ImprovMX forwards email sent to our stratyxventures.com addresses to our mailbox. It works mostly on servers in the European Union and partly in the United States. It records delivery details, such as the sender and the time, and says it does not log the content of the messages it forwards. Read ImprovMX’s privacy policy.
- Google hosts the mailbox where we read your email and any copies of form submissions sent to us. Read Google’s privacy policy.
- Calendly runs our booking page. When you book a call, it collects the details its booking page asks for and passes them to us to set up the call. Calendly schedules the call and sends you the video-call link once you book. Read Calendly’s privacy notice, which also covers the cookies on its booking pages.
- Airtable keeps our list of inquiries, so we can keep track of each inquiry and our reply. Netlify sends each form submission to Airtable, including the IP address and browser details Netlify records, and our list keeps only what you entered, the three details about how you found the site, the page you sent the form from, and when it arrived. Read Airtable’s privacy policy.
We may also share information with our lawyer or accountant when we need their advice, or disclose it when the law requires us to.
Links to other sites
When you follow a link from this site to another one, that site’s own privacy policy applies. Our booking page is different: Calendly runs it for us, so this policy covers what you enter there.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails about an inquiry for two years after our last exchange about it, then delete them. If you become a client, our agreement with you covers them instead. We keep a message longer only when the law requires it or we need it to resolve a dispute.
The companies listed above keep their own records, such as delivery and request logs, for periods they set themselves.
Your choices
Email us at info@stratyxventures.com to see what you have sent us, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
When we delete what you sent, we delete it from our form records (including the spam list), our mailbox and its trash, our booking and calendar records, the other tools listed above, and any copies we have exported, unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in our providers’ logs and backups expire on their own schedules.
We reply to these requests within two business days.
Do Not Track signals
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing changes on this site, because we do not track visitors across other websites. Apart from the spam check on form submissions described above, no other company collects information through our pages about what you do over time and across other websites.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
