From $2,500
See pricing for AI AdvisoryA written view of where AI fits across your teams
We look at the work your teams do and list the places AI could take some of it on. Then we rank each one by the effort it takes, what it would cost, and the value it would bring.
Every recommendation comes in writing, from the ranked list to the rules your team will follow when it uses AI.
- Who it’s for
- Your leadership team wants to use AI and needs to agree on where to start.
- Vendors are pitching you AI tools, and you want a written review of them before you choose.
- People on your team already use AI at work, and there are no shared rules for how.
- You want your team trained on their own work, so they can use and check what gets built.
Written advice your leaders can act on, and a workshop for your team
- A ranked list of where AI is worth building in your company, with effort, cost, and value for each
- A written review of the tools and vendors you are weighing
- A plan for the first project, with its scope, its owner, and what a person still checks
- A half-day workshop for your team, built around their own work
- Written ground rules for how your team uses AI
The work behind the ranked plan
Hear from your team
We talk with your leaders and with the people who do the work about the jobs they repeat, the tools they use, and where they want help.
Rank where AI fits
We score each idea on effort, cost, and value, then put them in order, so you can see what to build first and what can wait.
Review tools and vendors
We weigh each tool or vendor on your list against what your team needs, and give you our view in writing.
Plan the first project
We set out the first project in writing: its scope, the person on your team who owns it, and the steps a person still checks.
Train your team
Your people practice using AI on their own tasks, with a track for each role, and learn to check what it gives back.
Set the ground rules
We put the rules in writing, so each new tool and each new colleague starts from the same place.
How to start and what it costs
Start with a free call. We ask where things stand and what you want to change, and you leave with a straight answer on what it would take.
Team workshop: From $2,500. A half-day remote session. On-site days are quoted separately.
Your data and what you own
- Is our data used to train AI models?
- No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.
- Where is our data stored?
- In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.
- What happens to our data when the work ends?
- We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
- Who owns the code you write for us?
- You own what we write for you; we keep our own pre‑existing components. What you own at the end, such as code, accounts, and content, is agreed in writing for each engagement before work starts.

Questions about AI Advisory
How is AI Advisory different from the Workflow Review?
AI Advisory from Stratyx Ventures looks across your whole company, while the Workflow Review looks at one job your team repeats. Advisory ranks where AI is worth building, reviews the tools you are weighing, and trains your team. The Review maps one job and prices a first project for it.
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is for the people who will use AI at work, and Stratyx Ventures runs a track for each role: leaders, business teams, builders, and AI champions. Every track works on your team’s own tasks.
Do you choose the AI tools for us?
Stratyx Ventures gives you a written review of the tools and vendors you are weighing, and the choice stays with you. The review weighs each one against your team’s needs and the first project you plan to build.
Can you run the workshop at our office?
Stratyx Ventures can run the workshop at your office, and on-site days are quoted separately. The price on the rate card is for a remote session.
