What we build for you

Hand us any of these for a client project. We work from your brief and fit into the plan you have agreed with your client.

  • AI Product Development

AI agents and AI features for your product or your customers, designed, built, and tested before launch.

  • AI Integration

AI connected to the systems you already run, like your CRM, inbox, website, and documents, so results show up where people work.

  • Web Development

Company websites, customer portals, and web apps that work on every device and send each inquiry to the right person.

  • Mobile Development

iPhone and Android apps built from one codebase that also runs on the web, taken through app store review.

  • UI/UX Design

Screens designed around the tasks people come to do, with a clickable prototype to try before the build starts.

How work starts

Every project begins with a free call, and no build work starts until you approve a written scope.

  1. A free call

We ask what you want to build or fix, and give you a straight answer on what it would take.

    30 minutes, booked online.

  2. A written scope or a Workflow Review

For a site or an app, we write a scope that you approve before any build work starts.

For AI work, the Workflow Review maps how the job runs today and ends with a written scope, with a fixed price, for a first project.

Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days.

  3. The project

We build it in short rounds, test it with your people on real cases, and hand it over documented.

  4. After launch

For AI work, our retainer includes a monthly priorities review, improvements to what we built, and monitoring and fixes.

Or we hand everything over, documented, for your team to run.

Monthly AI retainer: from $3,000 a month.

    How the retainer works

Web, mobile, and AI work we have built

Each case study covers the situation, what we built, how it works, and how we tested it.

How we work with agencies

What to know before you bring us a client project.

  • Can you work under our brand?

We work white-label: your client deals with your agency, and we build under your brand.

  • What can you build for our clients?

We cover websites and web apps, iOS and Android apps, and AI agents and automations.

  • Is there a rate for agencies?

Agencies that bring and manage the client pay 15% below our rate card.

Questions about client work

How do you scope work for our client?

Stratyx Ventures writes the scope with you, to what you have agreed with your client, and you approve it before any build work starts.

Can you add AI to a site or app we are building?

Yes. We build AI features into web and mobile apps, and agents that answer from approved content and cite their sources.

How AI Product Development works

Do you design as well as build?

Yes. We design screens around the tasks people come to do, with a clickable prototype to try before the build starts.

How UI/UX Design works

What happens after launch?

For AI work, a monthly AI retainer keeps improving what we built. For a site or an app, we hand everything over, documented, for your team to run, or scope the next round with you.

Send us your client’s brief

We reply with the parts we would build and a written scope for each.
