A product team for founders, from the first idea to launch
A first version your users can try, designed and built with you, then changed based on what they do.
What we do for founders
We design and build the product with you, set up the cloud it runs on, and help with the pitch, the pricing, and the launch plan.
AI Product Development
AI agents and AI features for your product or your customers, designed, built, and tested before launch.
Web Development
Company websites, customer portals, and web apps that work on every device and send each inquiry to the right person.
Mobile Development
iPhone and Android apps built from one codebase that also runs on the web, taken through app store review.
UI/UX Design
Screens designed around the tasks people come to do, with a clickable prototype to try before the build starts.
Cloud Solutions
Hosting, automated releases, and monitoring, set up in your own cloud accounts where possible, so each update ships the same tested way.
Startup Acceleration
A first version in front of users, built with you, then changed based on what those users do.
Fundraising Preparation
Your pitch, your numbers, and your data room prepared before you raise, for a fixed fee agreed up front.
Strategic Advisory
Senior advice on the decisions that shape a product or a business line: what to build, how to price it, and how to run it.
Market Entry
A plan for taking a product to a new market or type of customer, with a lead-capture site to test demand.
Founders can also work with the team through X-Ventures, the Stratyx founder program. Ask about it on a free call.
How work starts
Every project begins with a free call, and no build work starts until you approve a written scope.
A free call
We ask what you want to build or fix, and give you a straight answer on what it would take.
30 minutes, booked online.
A written scope or a Workflow Review
For a site or an app, we write a scope that you approve before any build work starts.
For AI work, the Workflow Review maps how the job runs today and ends with a written scope, with a fixed price, for a first project.
Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days.
The project
We build it in short rounds, test it with your people on real cases, and hand it over documented.
After launch
For AI work, our retainer includes a monthly priorities review, improvements to what we built, and monitoring and fixes.
Or we hand everything over, documented, for your team to run.
Monthly AI retainer: from $3,000 a month.
Products we have built
Each case study covers the situation, what we built, how it works, and how we tested it.
Ohana Events
Read the case study on Ohana EventsAn independent guide to the unofficial events around Salesforce conferences, with RSVPs, host‑approved guest lists, and QR check‑in at the door. One codebase runs the live web app and builds the iOS and Android apps.
- Includes
- Event guide and map; RSVPs and approval lists; QR door check‑in; Web, iOS, and Android from one codebase
Website rebuild engine
Read the case study on Website rebuild engineA web app that runs a complete website for a local business on its own domain. Our team builds each site from the owner’s answers and the business’s details, and after launch Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, turns the owner’s plain‑English change requests into small content changes, with anything risky checked by a person first.

Questions about building with us
Can you take our prototype to a first version?
Yes. Stratyx Ventures turns a prototype into a first version that people can use. Before any build work starts, we agree with you on what it needs and what can wait, and you approve that scope in writing.
Can you build for iPhone, Android, and the web at once?
Yes. We build iPhone and Android apps from one codebase that also runs on the web, so each change is made once for all three. We also take the apps through app store review.
Can you help us get ready to raise?
Yes. We prepare your pitch deck, the metrics and financial model behind your ask, and a data room before you raise, for a fixed fee agreed up front.
What happens after the first version launches?
We launch it to your early users, rank the changes their use points to, and build the first round. After that, we hand it over, documented, for your team to run, or scope the next round with you.
Outline the product you want to launch
We sort what the first version needs from what can wait, and you approve that plan before any build work starts.
