AI agents and automation for mid‑market and enterprise teams
Agents and integrations built inside the systems you already run, and tested on your own cases before anyone relies on them.
What we build for you
We build agents and integrations for the systems your teams run, and advise on what to build first and how your people will run it.
AI Product Development
AI agents and AI features for your product or your customers, designed, built, and tested before launch.
AI Automation
Systems that take repeated work off your team, such as intake, research, drafting, and follow-ups, with a person checking where it matters.
AI Integration
AI connected to the systems you already run, like your CRM, inbox, website, and documents, so results show up where people work.
AI Advisory
Help deciding where AI is worth building, what to build first, and how your people will run it, including workshops for your team.
Cloud Solutions
Hosting, automated releases, and monitoring, set up in your own cloud accounts where possible, so each update ships the same tested way.
Strategic Advisory
Senior advice on the decisions that shape a product or a business line: what to build, how to price it, and how to run it.
Workflow Review
A map of one job your team repeats and a written scope, with a fixed price, for your first AI project.
Monthly AI retainer
We keep improving what we built, month by month, from a list of priorities you agree on with us.
How work starts
Every project begins with a free call, and no build work starts until you approve a written scope.
A free call
We ask what you want to build or fix, and give you a straight answer on what it would take.
30 minutes, booked online.
A Workflow Review or a written scope
For AI work, the Workflow Review maps how the job runs today and ends with a written scope, with a fixed price, for a first project.
For a site or an app, we write a scope that you approve before any build work starts.
Workflow Review: about two weeks for $2,500, credited toward the first project if you go ahead within 60 days.
The project
We build it in short rounds, test it with your people on real cases, and hand it over documented.
After launch
For AI work, our retainer includes a monthly priorities review, improvements to what we built, and monitoring and fixes.
Or we hand everything over, documented, for your team to run.
Monthly AI retainer: from $3,000 a month.
Agents and integrations we have built
Each case study covers the situation, what we built, how it works, and how we tested it.
Website knowledge agent
Read the case study on Website knowledge agentA chat‑first version of a company website. An AI agent answers questions about the firm from approved content and broader Salesforce questions from its own knowledge, gauges whether the visitor is a good fit, and offers a booking calendar.
- Includes
- Firm answers from approved content; Guardrail test battery; Fit scoring; Booking hand‑off
CRM and lead‑enrichment integration
Read the case study on CRM and lead-enrichment integrationA service that connects a lead‑enrichment tool to a CRM. New prospects, replies to outreach, and requests from the website arrive in the CRM as linked records, and each reply or request comes with a task and a due date.
- Includes
- Enrichment‑to‑CRM sync; Follow‑up tasks for replies; Website request intake; Dry runs and canary runs

How we handle your data and your systems
Questions to settle before you share anything, with our answers.
Will you sign an NDA and a data agreement?
We sign NDAs and data agreements before you share anything confidential.
Can you work inside our own cloud accounts?
We work inside your own cloud accounts when you ask us to.
Which AI providers do you use?
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and ElevenLabs, chosen for each project.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We don’t use it to train AI models, and we use AI providers only under business or API terms, or account settings, that exclude training on it.
Where is our data stored?
In your own accounts and tools where possible, otherwise in cloud services we set up for your project and name for you before work starts.
Who can see our data?
Only the people working on your project, and only for as long as the work needs it.
What happens to our data when the work ends?
We hand over or delete what we hold, as you choose, and remove our access to your systems.
Questions about working inside your systems
Can you build inside the systems our teams already run?
Stratyx Ventures connects agents to the CRM, help desk, inbox, and shared drives your teams use, so results show up where people work. We check how each system connects before we scope the work.
How do you test an agent before launch?
We test it on your own cases before anyone relies on it, including cases built to trip it up. A person on your team checks the steps where a mistake would be costly.
What is the first step?
After a call, the first step for AI work is a Workflow Review of one job your teams repeat. It ends with a map of how the job runs today and a written scope, with a fixed price, for a first project. For a site, an app, or a cloud setup, we write a scope that you approve before any build work starts.
Can you train our teams?
Yes. Our workshops are for leaders, business teams, builders, and AI champions, and they work on your own workflows.
Take us through one job your teams run
We say which steps an agent could take on, and how we would test it on your own cases.
